Most plans cover visits with a dietitian at 100% with no patient responsibility. If a patient is subject to a specialist, patient will be made aware prior to the visit with a dietitian. Our office can help to verify your insurance.

Credit/Debit cards will NOT be kept on file; therefore, payment will be made prior to visit. Packages are available based on frequency of visits as decided on by you and the dietitian. Call of office at (725) 529-7989 for rates.

We gladly accept United Health Care through UMR. To check if you’re covered, look for the United Health Care logo on the bottom right corner of your insurance card. Click here to view a sample of the card.

We gladly accept P3 insurance and its contracted providers including: Aetna, Alignment Health Plan, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Senior Care Plus, and Well Care by Allwell. HMO plans through Humana do require a referral from your provider. Our office can help assist in this process.
